When we use paint for construction, we often choose many methods. The differences between different construction methods are very different. So what is the difference between painted doors and baked doors?

1. What is the difference between painted doors and baked doors?

1. The process is different. Baking paint requires three coats of primer and four coats of topcoat on the base material, and each coat of paint must be baked in a baking room. For spray painting, you need to grind wool on the base material and then spray it. Apply paint and let dry naturally.

2. The paint films are different. Touch the edges and corners around the painted door panel with your hands to see if they are smooth. The edges and corners of the paint are smooth, consistent in color, and the paint film is balanced and full of color. The water chestnuts of the spray paint are frizzy and lighter in color than the door panel, and the paint film is uneven. The colors are not adequate either.

3. The textures are different. Look at the outer layer of the door panel against the light. The surface of the painted door panel is smooth and has no texture or orange peel problems. The surface of the spray-painted door panel has texture, is not smooth and has orange peel symptoms.

4. The surface is different. If you touch the door panel with your hand, the outer layer of the painted door panel will be flat and smooth. There are particles on the surface of the painted door panel and it will feel rough to the touch.

5. Wear resistance is different. If you hit the door panel with a hard object, there will be no problem with the painted door and the paint film will be normal. However, the painted door will have cracks, and even the paint film will peel off and the white skin will appear.
